  Eh...the service is lacking. Up to this point I've stopped by usually once a week. They kinda have a bad habit of losing my order (especially if I order a sandwich) in the shuffle. After I wait a while and have decided that...yep, they definitely forgot about me...a lot of times when I walk up to the same person who took my order he/ she thinks I'm a new customer wanting to place an order. Nope...just me...was right here 10 minutes ago....been lingering right in front you waiting for my order for the last 10 minutes. It has been enough to make me stop going. I went for convenience...when the convenience is taken away there's little point.
  
  Other than that theyou are fine. Disclaimer: I usually just order black coffee as my drink, so I can't speak to the quality of the rest of the drink menu.

  Terrible experience! Associate/Supervisor saying with extreme annoyance 'no there is no wrap, panini or anything available, and we close in 30mins.'; when I did pick a salad and about to leave heard a big grunt of frustration
